Oriental cuisine is very rich in flavors and spices, that's why we give you this oriental style chicken leg recipe so you can enjoy it as soon as possible.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 6 chicken legs
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tablespoons sherry
  • 6 tablespoons soy sauce
  • salt, to taste
  • olive oils, the necessary
  • 2 branches celery
  • 2 red peppers
  • 1 can Pineapple in syrup
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1/2 cans chipotle chili, in Little pieces

Preparation

The chicken is marinated with chopped garlic , sherry, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and salt,
Then the legs are fried in hot oil and reserve,
The celery and pepper squares are cooked in the syrup of the pineapple until they are tender,
Mix the starch with 4 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of oil and vinegar,
Add the celery and pepper and let it cook for 5 minutes without stopping to move
Add the pineapple cut into pieces, the chipotle pepper and pour over the legs.

PRESENTATION

It is decorated with a little finely chopped parsley.
