Preparation
Preheat the oven, and varnish a baking tray with the cooking spray.
Combine the chicken, bread crumbs, milk, egg, onion, parsley, parmesan, salt and pepper in a bowl. Mix with your hands until it is homogeneous.
Form 12 meatballs with your hand and arrange them on the baking sheet.
Cook until they become coffee shops, about 10 minutes. Carefully add the tomatoes to the meatballs and cook for another 5 minutes.
Serve immediately.
