  • 500 grams ground chicken
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh coriander, finely chopped
  • enough salt
  • enough black pepper
  • tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cups green tomato, cut in quarters
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 morita chili peppers, deveined and seedless
  • 1 cup chicken soup
  • 1 branch fresh coriander
  • 1/4 tablespoons ground cumin, whole
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • enough chinese parsley, To accompany


In a bowl, mix the ground chicken meat with the garlic powder, the onion powder, the parsley, the cilantro, season with salt and pepper.
With your hands, form the meatballs and reserve.
Heat the oil over medium heat in a saucepan and fry the tomatoes, garlic and chilies for 5 minutes. Stuff with chicken stock, cilantro and cumin, cook for 5 minutes. Cool slightly
Blend the previous preparation until a smooth sauce is obtained.
Fry the sauce again with a little more oil and cook for 10 minutes over medium heat, add the meatballs, cover and cook until the meatballs are done.
