  • 500 grams of ground chicken
  • 1 tablespoon of McCormick® Powder Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon of parsley finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh coriander finely chopped

  • enough of black pepper

  • 2 cups of green tomato cut in quarters
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 pieces of morita chile pepper deveined and seedless
  • 1 Cup of chicken soup
  • 1 branch of coriander
  • 1/4 of tablespoon of ground cumin whole
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

    Preparation

    In a bowl, mix the ground chicken meat with the garlic powder, the onion powder, the parsley, the cilantro, season with salt and pepper.
