5 portions
  • 1 kilo chicken fillet
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons onion, grated
  • 1/2 tablespoons salt
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 1/8 tablespoons dry thyme, ground
  • 1/8 tablespoons ground pepper
  • 1 tablespoon English sauce, Worcestershire
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 eggs, milkshakes
  • 1/8 teaspoons salt
  • enough ground bread
  • 1/2 cups oil, to fry

They are washed, they are rubbed with lemon, they are rinsed and the milanesas are dried. If it is your taste they are cut to give them the desired shape, the fillets are left whole.
In a container prepare a marinade by mixing the grated onion, garlic with salt, thyme, pepper, English sauce, soy sauce and oil spoonful. The breasts are rubbed with the marinade and left aside for a few minutes.
Put the oil to fry to heat in a large pan.
In a bowl beat the egg and salt with a wire whisk. In another container the flour is placed and in another the bread crumbs. Breasts are first passed through the flour, then through the egg and then through the bread crumbs, the covered breasts are added to the pan and fried until golden brown, about 10 to 15 minutes, turning them frequently so that they are evenly browned without burning
They are transferred to a tray covered with absorbent paper to remove excess grease.

Finally, the breasts are served in an extended dish and presented with salad and the vinaigrette of your liking.
