Ingredients

4 portions
  • 8 chickens
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 1/2 cups ground bread
  • 1/3 cups flour
  • 1 cup oil, to fry
  • to taste black pepper

Preparation

In a deep dish beat the egg with 1 tablespoon of salt. In another deep dish, season the flour with 1/4 tablespoon of salt and 1/4 tablespoon of pepper. In a third deep dish, season the ground bread with 1 tablespoon of salt.
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Dry your chicken slices with paper towels and pass each one through the flour, then through the egg and finally through the bread crumbs. Be sure to cover 100% each Milanese with the 3 ingredients.
Raise the heat to a high heat and cook the Milanese 2 by 2. I should cook each Milanese about 4 minutes on one side and 4 minutes on the other. Place cooked milanesas on paper towels to remove excess oil. Serve

PRESENTATION

Serve with lemon and sauce.

TIPS
