Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 chicken milanesa (breaded) , or flattened chicken breast
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 cups ground bread
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • 2 avocados
  • leaves Romaine lettuce
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped into squares
  • to taste black pepper, to taste

Preparation

Season the breasts, mix the bread crumbs with the parmesan cheese.
Pass the breasts through the egg and then through the bread mixture.
