Ingredients

4 portions
  • 500 grams chicken breast, without skin
  • 2 cups ground bread
  • 1 tablespoon Italian herb
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • to taste black pepper
  • 1/4 cups vinaigrette

Preparation

Mix bread crumbs with Italian herbs on a plate and season with salt and pepper.
Cut the chicken breasts into strips or squares.
Place the chicken in the vinaigrette, this will make the bread stick. And go through the bread until they are 100% covered.
Heat the olive oil in a pan and cook the nuggets for 8 minutes on each side or until they are golden brown and when cutting one the chicken is well cooked.
Remove from the pan and serve.

PRESENTATION
