  • 2 cups whipping cream
  • 3 tablespoons mustard
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese

Preparation

On a board, place six milanesas, season with salt and pepper.
Place slices of ham covering the breast, then add the Manchego cheese and form a roll, closing the breast, close with toothpicks. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
To make the sauce, in a pot add the whipping cream, add the Parmesan cheese and mustard, mix for 5 minutes until you have a homogeneous mixture. Season with salt and pepper and set aside.
Place the egg in a bowl and mix, add the flour in another bowl and the same with the ground bread.
Pass the roll starting with the flour, cover it completely, then go through the egg and finally through the ground bread, taking care to cover everything well.
In a tray with aluminum, place the roll and spray vegetable oil in spray, bake for 30 minutes and uncover the roll to finish browning, if necessary, turn it over so that it browns evenly.
Remove and place on a board for 5 minutes, remove and cut into slices 2 to 3 cm wide and place on a long platter, decorate with fried bacon and accompany with the Dijon sauce.

PRESENTATION

Serve on a long plate and garnish with chopped fried bacon, served with Dijon sauce and salad.

TIPS

You can fry in the air fryer or fry in the oven by adding cooking spray.
