Chicken Roll with Mushroom Sauce

These pasta rolls filled with chicken in mushroom sauce, are creamy inside and out, bathed in a rich sauce of mushrooms and au gratin with Manchego cheese that make them irresistibly delicious.

Ingredients

6 servings
  • 1 package of pasta for lasagna 500 g (1.1 pounds)
  • 1 tablespoon of oil for the pasta
  • 2 spoonfuls of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of Butter
  • 1/4 of Cup of onion finely chopped
  • 1 clove of garlic finely chopped
  • 2 cups of chicken breast cooked and crumbled
  • 1 Cup of mushroom filleted
  • 1 teaspoonful of thyme
  • 1 teaspoonful of Salt
  • 1 teaspoonful of black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of Butter for the sauce
  • 1 1/2 cans of cream of mushroom Campbell's®, for salsa
  • 1 Cup of milk for the sauce
  • 2 pinches of Salt for the sauce
  • 1 Cup of Manchego cheese grated

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (356F)
    In a pot with boiling water and salt, cook the lasagna pasta according to package instructions. Drain and add a tablespoon of oil to prevent sticking and then reserve.
    In a pan over medium heat, sauté the onion in olive oil with butter until transparent and then add the garlic, cook a minute. Add the chicken and cook a few minutes.
    Add the mushrooms and thyme and cook for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
    For the sauce, in a small bowl melt the butter and add the cream of Campbell's® mushrooms and milk. Let it boil and season with salt. Set aside.
    For the preparation, place a little of the chicken filling and a teaspoon of the mushroom sauce on a sheet of pasta, roll it up and place it in a baking dish. Repeat.
    Sauté all the rolls with the rest of the sauce and cover with the cheese. Bake for 15 minutes or until the cheese melts. Serve immediately.

    En realidad es fácil y rico. Pero a mi se me dificultó cocer la pasta. Me llevé horas cocinandola!! . Pero al final salió muy bien.
