Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 chicken milanesa (breaded) , without skin and without bone
  • 200 grams goat cheese
  • 120 grams arugula
  • 8 slices Serrano ham
  • to taste black pepper, to taste
  • chopsticks, of wood

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees centigrade and prepare a tray for baking with aluminum foil and grease with vegetable spray.
Place a chicken breast on a clean surface, on the left vertical side place 2 slices of ham, goat cheese and lettuce. Carefully roll the breast and close with 1 or 2 chopsticks. Repeat with the missing breasts
Season the breasts with salt and pepper and place on the tray.
Bake for 15 minutes or until the chicken is browned and well cooked.

PRESENTATION

Cut in half just before serving to show the center of the dish.

TIPS

It can be accompanied by a cheese sauce.

sin lechuga por favor no me gusta el sabor de la lechuga caliente, se me antoja sustituirla por espinacas
