This recipe is very practical and the children love it, try these juicy breaded chicken fingers accompanied with steamed vegetables. These chicken strips are a dish rich in protein, vitamins and minerals. Taste guaranteed!

Ingredients

2 portions
  • 2 cups chicken breast
  • 1 cup ground bread
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 2 eggs
  • enough vegetal oil, to fry

Preparation

On a board, cut the chicken into strips. Reservation.
In a bowl mix the ground bread, oregano, garlic powder and paprika.
Salt pepper the egg and beat until integrated.
Dip the chicken in the egg and coat perfectly with the breadcrumbs until completely covered.
Fry the fingers in oil for about 5 minutes, or until golden brown and the chicken is cooked. Place on absorbent paper to remove excess fat.
Serve hot and accompany with steamed vegetables and ketchup. Enjoy.
