This shredded chicken stew in red sauce with potato and a rich red chili sauce will be one of your favorites, as it does not require many ingredients to prepare it and has a unique and delicious flavor. Do not wait any longer to prepare it.

Ingredients

5 portions
  • 1 chicken breast
  • 3 red pepper
  • 1 potato
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tablespoon oil

Preparation

Cook the chicken until it is soft; unravel when it's cold.
Cook the peppers with plenty of water. Blend with a pinch of salt, until the sauce is smooth.
In a saucepan, pour 1 tablespoon of oil and add chicken, let it brown. Add the sauce and then the potato. It will be ready when the potato is soft and the sauce starts to boil.

TIPS

Do not let the chicken overcook or you will not be able to shred.
