Ingredients

6 portions
  • PAM® Oliva, extra virgin olive oil in spray
  • 1 kilo chicken, Leg and thigh
  • 3/4 onions, sliced
  • 1 garlic
  • 1 bay (laurel)
  • 1 teaspoon chicken consommé
  • 1 1/2 cups beer
  • 1/2 teaspoons paprika
  • salt
  • black pepper

Preparation

Spray a casserole with 2 shots of PAM® Original and cook the onion and garlic.
In addition, sprinkle another pan with 2 shots of PAM® Original, fry the chicken, add salt and pepper, add chicken broth, paprika, laurel and beer.
Let the beer reduce, if it does not cover the chicken, add water to cover it. Leave over low heat for 30 minutes.

PRESENTATION

Serve hot with white rice or potatoes au gratin.

TIPS

When cooking chicken with beer, it is soft and with a super rich flavor but it is advisable to let it cook on very low heat to lose the flavor of the alcohol it contains and maintain the beer flavor.
