Ingredients

5 portions
  • 8 chickens, (thighs and legs) without skin
  • 2 carrots, games in julianas
  • 2 potatoes, medium cut into segments
  • 2 branches celery, chopped
  • 1 apple, slices in segments
  • aromatic herbs, to taste
  • salt, to season

Preparation

After washing, and cutting the ingredients, place all the ingredients in a large saucepan or pan, season with the salt. It is not necessary to add oil, because the chicken will be cooked with its own fat and the liquid of the vegetables. At medium heat for 1 hour, check the chicken every 20 minutes and turn the pieces over so that they cook evenly.
