It is an easy and inexpensive recipe, the chicken in the saucepan has a very rich flavor.

Ingredients

5 portions
  • 8 chickens, (thighs and legs) without skin
  • 2 carrots, julienned games
  • 2 potatoes, medium cut into wedges
  • 2 branches celery, chopped
  • 1 apple, sliced into wedges
  • aromatic herbs, to taste
  • salt, to season

Preparation

After washing, and cutting the ingredients, place all the ingredients in a large pan or saucepan, season with salt. It is not necessary to add oil, because the chicken will cook with its own fat and the liquid from the vegetables. Over medium heat for 1 hour, check the chicken every 20 minutes and turn the pieces so that they cook evenly.
It can be served with rice or pasta as a garnish.

muy rica yo le ise unos pequeños cambios no le agregue manzana y le moli jitomate e igual frei un poco de cebolla y queda muy rico exelente receta ;-)
