Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 kilo chicken breast, in Little pieces
  • 1/2 kilos tomtato, roasted and peeled
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 3 ancho chili peppers, soaked and seedless
  • 1 glass brandy, or tequila
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • black pepper, to taste

Preparation

Fry the chicken in a little oil with salt and pepper until golden brown. Lower the heat and add the brandy or tequila and cover.
In the blender pour the roasted and peeled tomato, the broad chilies soaked in hot, seedless water, the garlic, and a pinch of seasonings, whether clove, oregano, thyme, or whatever you like, the teaspoon of cornstarch and a little salt and grinds very well.
Add this sauce to the chicken, proof of seasoning and cook for 5 more minutes over low heat and ready, serve hot with rice or pasta.

PRESENTATION
