Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 chicken, big
  • 100 grams butter
  • 4 tablespoons oil
  • 12 cambray onion
  • black pepper
  • 5 slices ham, in strips
  • 1/2 kilos pea

Preparation

Cut the chicken into eight prey, brown it in the butter and the tablespoons of oil.
