Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup amaranth
  • 1/2 cups parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 eggs
  • olive oils

Preparation

The eggs are mixed and the breasts are added.
Mix the cheese and the amaranth with the breasts.
Finally, in a pan, place the oil and cook the breasts for 5 minutes.

PRESENTATION

Put them on the plate and you can accompany them with lettuce a few slices of tomato and a little avocado.
