Preparation
In a saucepan, cook the chicken in water (2 liters) for 15 minutes over medium heat.
The teriyaky sauce is added to the chicken and mixed well. Let stand 10 minutes.
The mushrooms are added and mixed again. To let it cook with the lid another 10 minutes more.
Test the liquid that resulted from the water with the teriyaky sauce, because it is very concentrated, if necessary add more water, the chicken should be in broth.
