Preparation
Add the water in a medium saucepan and cook the chicken pieces together with the onion and garlic for 25 minutes or until cooked. Reservation.
Blend the chilies with the tomato puree, the almond and a little water of soaking.
Heat the oil in a medium saucepan, add the sauce and fry for 5 minutes without stopping to move. Add the chicken pieces and cook for 10 more minutes.
Add the Lala ® Half Cream, mix and cook for 5 more minutes. Season and serve.
