Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 kilo chicken breast, cut into thick strips
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 6 chunks cinnamon
  • 1 cup onion, chopped white
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 teaspoons curry powder
  • 1/2 tablespoons salt
  • 1/4 cups almond, lightly toasted and ground
  • 1 cup chicken soup
  • 1/4 cups cream
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 4 tablespoons almond, filleted to decorate

Preparation

Heat the oil in a large skillet and cook the cinnamon for 1-2 minutes. Add the garlic and onion and cook for 5 minutes.
Add the curry and salt to the pan. Add chicken broth and chicken and cook until it boils. Cover, reduse the fire and cook for 35 minutes.
Remove the chicken from the pan with a spoon and cook the broth over medium heat for 10 more minutes. Add the cream, and flour to the mixture.
Return the chicken to the pan, add the almonds and cook for 5 more minutes. Remove from the fire.
Remove the cinnamon before serving.

PRESENTATION

Garnish with the sliced ​​almonds.
