Delicious and easy chicken recipe with carrot and mustard. Also healthy. I invite you to prepare this recipe and enjoy it as much as I do.

Ingredients

2 portions
  • 2 chickens
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 carrots, grated
  • 2 branches chives
  • 1 drizzle Water
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Preparation

Marinate the chicken with salt, pepper, mustard and soy sauce. Reserve a couple of hours to marinate.
Place in a pan 1 tablespoon of olive oil, the breasts and seal.
Grate the carrot half and chop the finely chopped chives, add to the preparation, mix and add the splash of water immediately.
Let reduce, for a few minutes and ready.
Serve and accompany with mashed potatoes and marqueza salad.
