Chicken with Cilantro Cream

If you want a simple and delicious recipe you have to try this juicy chicken with cilantro cream, you will prepare it faster than you think and you will love its flavor. An easy and homemade recipe for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 piece of chicken breast without skin, or bone; cut into strips
  • 1 teaspoonful of Salt for the marinade
  • 1/4 of Cup of olive oil for the marinade
  • 1 teaspoonful of Pepper for the marinade
  • 1 teaspoonful of oregano for the marinade
  • 1 tablespoon of Butter to fry the chicken strips
  • 2 cups of coriander for the sauce
  • 2 cups of evaporated milk for the sauce
  • 2 cups of chicken soup for the sauce
  • 1/2 Cup of cream cheese for the sauce
  • 1/8 of piece of onion for the sauce
  • 1 tooth of Garlic for the sauce
  • 3 spoonfuls of Butter for the sauce
  • 3 spoonfuls of flour

    Preparation

    In a marine bowl, chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, pepper and oregano around 5 minutes.
    Cook the chicken in a pan over medium heat with the butter until it is cooked. Reserve covered.
    For the sauce, blend the coriander with the evaporated milk, the chicken broth, the cream cheese, the onion and the garlic until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
    Heat a pot over medium heat, add the butter and the flour at once, cook until you get a golden paste. Add the sauce and let it boil, lower the heat and cook until it thickens. Season
    Serve the chicken breasts on a plate and sauté with the hot cilantro cream.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve hot in a shallow dish and sauté. Garnish with coriander leaves.

    TIPS

    If you want to give a twist to your recipe you can bake your chicken breasts and they will also be delicious.
