Preparation
In a bowl, marinate the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, pepper and oregano around 5 minutes.
Cook the chicken in a pan over medium heat with the butter until it is cooked. Reserve covered.
For the sauce, blend the coriander with the evaporated milk, the chicken broth, the cream cheese, the onion and the garlic until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Heat a pot over medium heat, add the butter and the flour at once, cook until you get a golden paste. Add the sauce and let it boil, lower the heat and cook until it thickens. Season
