Emmental cheese is a very rich French cheese with medium flavor. Enjoy this chicken with emmental sauce, very delicious.

Ingredients

8 servings
  • 4 chicken breasts pitted, skinless and cut in half
  • to taste of black pepper to taste
  • 4 spoonfuls of Butter
  • 2 cups of cream
  • 100 grams of Emmental cheese
  • 1 clove of garlic Crushed
  • 2 spoonfuls of Parmesan cheese grated

    Preparation

    Wash and dry the chicken breasts and season with salt and pepper.
    In a pan, melt the butter and brown the breasts on both sides for about 5 minutes. Put them in a refractory that can go to the oven.
    In a small pot, add the cream, the garlic and the cheeses until it boils. It is constantly mixed so that it does not stick.
    Cover the breasts with the sauce and put them in the oven at 200 ° C for 30 minutes. It is served very hot.
