Preparation
In a bowl dissolve the bucket of chicken broth in the hot water.
In a rice cooker, add the rice, chicken and ginger.
Arrange spinach to the top. Pour the coconut milk and hot water with the bucket of chicken broth dissolved.
Season with salt.
Start cooking and wait approximately 40 minutes. Wait 5 minutes before opening.
With a fork separate the preparation and serve on individual plates.
