Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 chicken thigh
  • 2 chicken legs
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1/4 onions, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 cups mango, cut into cubes
  • 2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
  • 1 cup coconut cream
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • enough grated coconut, toasted, to decorate

Preparation

Preheat oven to 180 ° C or electric oven at medium temperature.
Place chicken pieces on a refractory, season with salt and pepper, bake for 1 hour until golden brown.

Muy rica y fácil de preparar, solo vi que era mucho tiempo una hora al horno y lo que hice fue cocinar un poco las piernas y ya luego un rato al horno y listo :)
