Preparation
Cut the onion into thin strips and place in a pan with a little oil and cook over low heat.
While cleaning and cut the chicken into pieces, add salt and pepper in a separate pan with a little oil.
Cut the slices the mushroom and add together with the pieces of ham.
When the mushrooms have reduced add the chicken and let cook a few minutes.
When the flavors are integrated, add the cream cheese, milk and black pepper until the cheese is melted in the milk.
Cook for about 5 minutes and serve with pasta or rice.
