Ingredients

5 portions
  • 5 chickens, medium size
  • 1 on liquid seasoning, pepper chicken

Preparation

Remove the oven bag that comes inside the top of the container and open it peeling off the red adhesive. Carefully spread out the bag and find the white seal located between its folds.
Put 5 medium-sized chicken pieces (1.2 kilos approx.) Inside the bag and add all the seasoning. Close the bag with the white seal. Stir from the outside with your hands to impregnate the chicken with the seasoning.
Arrange the bag with the chicken on an ovenproof dish, place in a preheated oven at a medium-high temperature of approx. 200º C. and cook for 55 min.
Remove from the oven, carefully cut the bag, serve immediately and enjoy!

PRESENTATION

To serve, place a bed of ham with slices of sautéed onions. Don't forget to serve a rich red wine.

TIPS

To make chicken meat last longer in the refrigerator and not smell bad, rub a little vegetable oil on it.
