Preparation
In a deep bowl mix the egg, Parmesan cheese, parsley, 1/4 cup of white wine, 3 tablespoons of lemon juice and garlic cloves.
Spend each chicken breast first for the flour and then for the egg and cheese mixture.
Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the chicken approximately 5 minutes on each side or until it is well cooked.
Remove the chicken from the pan and add the butter, the remaining white wine and the lemon and cook until it boils. Remove and serve the sauce over the chicken.
