Preparation
With a sharp knife slice each chicken breast into 4 thin fillets. Stir the flour with paprika in a deep dish, put the breasts there to flour on both sides.
Heat the pan, put a little oil and brown the chicken on each side, put salt. Take out and put on a platter and keep warm.
In that same pan, cook the schallots, add the tomato, put the vodka and move quickly, then put the chicken and lemon broth. Season with salt and pepper.
Put this sauce on the chicken and sprinkle the scallion, serve immediately.
