Ingredients

4 portions
  • 8 chicken legs, medium
  • to taste sea ​​salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cups rose water
  • 1 pimientón, medium red chopped
  • 1 paprika, medium green chopped
  • 1 paprika, chopped medium yellow
  • 2 cloves garlic, small minced
  • 2 green onions, chopped medium
  • 1 teaspoon basil, fresh or dry
  • 1 cup Red wine
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

Preparation

Season the chicken with sea salt and olive oil, leave at least one hour marinating.
Then place the chicken in a pot over medium heat, add enough water to cover it.
Let it cook 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes throw that water.
Add two more cups of water, immediately add the three peppers, garlic, onion and basil.
Cover the pot; cook on medium heat for 20 more minutes.
Finally add the red wine and the soy sauce.
Cover again and let simmer for 10 more minutes.
The chicken sauce should be thick.
You must stir repeatedly and very carefully so as not to disrupt the chicken.
