Ingredients

8 portions
  • 190 grams light cream cheese, Philadelphia
  • 6 boneless chicken breasts
  • 100 milliliters low fat sour cream
  • 150 milliliters light milk
  • 1/2 cups green bell pepper, in squares
  • 1/2 cups yellow bell pepper, in squares
  • 1/4 onions, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic

Preparation

FILL a baking tray with aluminum foil and bake the previously salted breasts at 180 ° C for 20 min. approx. until they are perfectly cooked.
LICUATE cream cheese, milk and cream. Reserve.
HEAT a skillet add oil and garlic, onion and peppers at medium heat until the peppers are softened. Season with the chicken concentrate.
ADD liquefied food to the pan and heat until it boils; rectify if necessary with salt and pepper.
SERVE hot breasts and bathe with sauce.

TIPS

This sauce can be served with grilled beef fillet.
