A simple but very tasty recipe, chicken with vegetables and rice, ideal for a healthy and healthy meal.

Ingredients

3 portions
  • 1 kilo chicken, shredded
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 red pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 cups White rice
  • 1 1/2 cups chicken consommé
  • 3 tablespoons achiote

Preparation

Put to cook the rice.
Apart chop the onion, pimento and garlic in cubes.
In a pan add the consommé, the onion, the pepper, the garlic and the green beans. Add the chicken and wait for the broth to cook and the broth to dry.
Add the annatto and sauté.
When the sofrito and the rice are ready, mix them well and serve hot.
