This chicken recipe wrapped in bacon is prepared on the grill and requires spending 4 hours marinating in a teriyaki sauce, white wine and garlic.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1/2 cups teriyaki sauce, purchased
  • 1/4 cups dry white wine
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons garlic
  • 4 chicken breasts, clean without bones
  • 8 slices bacon

Preparation

Mix teriyaki sauce, wine and garlic in a pyrex.
Add the chicken to the marinade and let it cover well. Keep in the refrigerator for 3 hours to absorb the flavors.
Prepare the grill on medium-high heat (or the oven broil).
Remove the chicken from the marinade, add salt and wrap each breast with two slices of bacon. Grip with wet chopsticks.
Cook for 15 minutes on the grill until the bacon is crispy and the chicken cooked.

TIPS

If you can not get the teriyaki sauce you can substitute soy sauce.
