Preparation
Season the chicken with 1/2 teaspoon of pepper.
Put the prosciutto on a cutting board and sprinkle with the oregano.
Put each chicken breast on the prosciutto or parma ham. Wrap the breasts.
Heat oil and peeled garlic cloves over medium heat in a pan.
Add the chicken to the pan and cook until the prosciutto is browned and the chicken cooked, about 6-7 minutes per side.
Pass the wrapped chickens to a platter and reserve. Remove the garlic from the pan.
Add the wine to the pan and let it reduce by half, cooking it on medium heat for 3-4 minutes.
Put the wine reduction on the chicken breasts.
