No one will believe that this recipe is so easy and quick to prepare! The chicken mix with parma ham, oregano and white wine go perfect!

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 chicken breasts, without skin
  • slices prosciutto, or parma ham
  • 2 tablespoons fresh oregano, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • cloves garlic, peeled
  • 1/2 cups dry white wine

Preparation

Season the chicken with 1/2 teaspoon of pepper.
Put the prosciutto on a cutting board and sprinkle with the oregano.
Put each chicken breast on the prosciutto or parma ham. Wrap the breasts.
Heat oil and peeled garlic cloves over medium heat in a pan.
Add the chicken to the pan and cook until the prosciutto is browned and the chicken cooked, about 6-7 minutes per side.
Pass the wrapped chickens to a platter and reserve. Remove the garlic from the pan.
Add the wine to the pan and let it reduce by half, cooking it on medium heat for 3-4 minutes.
Put the wine reduction on the chicken breasts.

PRESENTATION

Serve with rice and asparagus.

TIPS

If you do not have fresh oregano: substitute 1 1/2 teaspoon of dried oregano.
