  • 1/4 of Cup of bacon finely chopped
  • 2 spoonfuls of Butter
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic chopped
  • 1 Cup of sour cream
  • 1 package of cream cheese (190 g)
  • 2 cups of chicken shredded
  • 1 tablespoon of parsley finely chopped
  • enough of Water
  • 2 leaves of laurel
  • 15 pieces of pasta for lasagna (sheets)
  • 1/2 Cup of sour cream
  • 1 Cup of mozzarella cheese grated
  • to taste of salt and pepper

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (357F)
    Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the bacon until it loosens the fat and browns, add butter, garlic, cream, cream cheese, chicken season with salt, pepper and parsley.
    In a pot with water over medium heat cook the pasta with salt and bay leaf until it is "al dente".

    Place a bed of rolls in a refractory, cover with the cream and half the cheese. Arrange the second bed of rolls on top and cover with the rest of the cheese. Bake for 15 minutes and serve.

    Estos rollitos fueron nuestra cena de hoy. Riquisimos! El unico detalle es que me quedaron un poquito secos. La proxima vez le pondre mas crema. Estaba pensando en mezclar crema agria con crema regular y asi salsear los rollitos.
