For the vinaigrette, in a bowl of garlic, garnish with balsamic vinegar, basil, oregano, chili sauce, salt and pepper. Emulsify with olive oil.
In another bowl, mix the chicken with the cheese and the tomatoes. Add a little of the vinaigrette and incorporate very well. Reservation.
Cut the avocados in half and remove the seeds and the peel. Fill with a bit of the chicken mixture and garnish with fresh basil and serve with more vinaigrette.
