Baked Chicken with Potatoes and Tomato Sauce in a Time

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 whole chicken, milk
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, to taste
  • 1 bunch aromatic herb
  • 50 grams butter
  • 6 potatoes, median
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 bunch cambray onion
  • 20 grams chicken bouillon
  • 1 liter Water

Preparation

Slicing 3 tomatoes in squares. Cut 6 medium potatoes. Slicing a bunch of onion cambray.
Surround the chicken with the vegetables and perfum with a bouquet of herbs.
Add 20 g of diluted chicken broth.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Grease the chicken with 50 g of butter.
Chop parsley to taste. Add the chopped parsley to the chicken.
Bake at 190 ° C for 45 minutes covered with aluminum foil.
Blend the baked tomatoes, use as sauce on the saucer.

PRESENTATION

Take the tray to the table and serve directly from it.

Rocío esa es tu salsa de jitomate, se me ocurre que si deseas puedes agregarle un poco de leche y haces una crema que sirves de entrada con pan tostado o simplemente la sirves para bañar el pollo una vez servida porción, puedes adornarlo perejil 😀
