Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
For the tamarind sauce; Add oil to a hot pot and sauté the chopped onion finely, grate the garlic and add it to the pot. Add the tamarind pulp and the finely chopped chipotle pepper. Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes.
Cut the chicken breasts into strips and season with salt and pepper. Pass the chicken strips through flour, egg and finally Granola Kellogg's® Coco, raisins and honey.
Grease an oven rack with cooking spray and place the breaded chicken strips on top. Place the rack on an oven tray and spray the strips with cooking spray. Bake at 180 ° C for 30 minutes.
Serve the baked chicken strips and pour the tamarind sauce on top.
