Ingredients

2 portions
  • 3/4 cups butter, melted
  • 3/4 cups mustard, (with or without seeds / grains)
  • 1 cup honey, liquid
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 chicken breasts, whole or filleted (approximately 650 grams)

Preparation

Spread a baking dish with a little butter.
Place the chicken breasts in such a way that they do not overlap and cover the bottom of the dish.
In a bowl, mix well the five ingredients until there is a homogeneous sauce (it will be thick).
Cover the chicken breasts with the sauce.
Bake in the oven, uncovered, for 30-35 minutes at 180ºC.

TIPS

Serve with white rice. In the case of using whole breasts, bake at 180ºC for one hour.
