Preparation
Fry the peppers, onion, garlic and tomatoes in a pan with plenty of oil.
Blend with a little water and season in a saucepan with oil.
Add the holy leaf, the broth and the salt; cook for 10 minutes. Add the chicken and keep in the fire for about 10 minutes.
