Ingredients

4 servings
  • 12 pieces of morita chile pepper
  • 1/2 piece of onion
  • 2 pieces of garlic
  • 4 spoonfuls of oil
  • Water necessary amount
  • 6 leaves of Hoja santa leaf
  • 1 Cup of chicken soup where the chicken was cooked
  • Salt to taste
  • 500 grams of Milagesas de Pollo Suprema Tyson®

    Preparation

    Fry the peppers, onion, garlic and tomatoes in a pan with plenty of oil.
    Blend with a little water and season in a saucepan with oil.
    Add the holy leaf, the broth and the salt; cook for 10 minutes. Add the chicken and keep in the fire for about 10 minutes.

    PRESENTATION

    Accompany with white rice.

    TIPS

    You can substitute the holy leaf for anise seeds or avocado leaves.
