Chicken in Holy Leaf Sauce

Delicious recipe that is very traditional in my state (Tabasco). The holy leaf brings a unique flavor to the chicken.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 12 morita pepper
  • 1/2 onions
  • 2 garlic
  • 4 tablespoons oil
  • Water, necessary amount
  • 6 leaves holy grass
  • 1 cup chicken soup, where the chicken was cooked
  • salt, to taste
  • 500 grams Tyson® chicken breast fillet

Preparation

Fry the peppers, onion, garlic and tomatoes in a pan with plenty of oil.
Blend with a little water and season in a saucepan with oil.
Add the holy leaf, the broth and the salt; cook for 10 minutes. Add the chicken and keep in the fire for about 10 minutes.

PRESENTATION

Accompany with white rice.

TIPS

You can substitute the holy leaf for anise seeds or avocado leaves.
