Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 kilo chicken thigh
  • 100 grams prune
  • 1 garlic
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 sour cream
  • olive oils, necessary amount
  • salt, necessary amount
  • black pepper, necessary amount

Preparation

The chicken thighs are passed through flour to be well covered, shaking off the excess flour.
Put the olive oil in a large skillet and fry the thighs and onions.
In the blender, grind the plums, garlic and cream, add a little water so that the mixture is more liquid.
Once the thighs are brown, cover with the sauce that we prepare and let it boil for a few minutes.

PRESENTATION

Serve with creamy spaghetti.

TIPS

You can put half cream if you like and leave some plums to crush them and add them at the end or liquefy everything. I recommend that you add the sauce for when you're ready to serve.
