Preparation
Put a little oil to heat, chop the onion very small or grate it with a coarse grater.
When the oil is at its point, fry the onion until it is lightly browned, remove and drain the excess oil and reserve.
Grease an oven-safe mold and cover with breadcrumbs (removing excess).
Prepare the meat by stripping it of skin, bones and others and chop very minced.
Beat the eggs, season and add the cream, and mix again.
Add the sautéed onion, chopped meat and cheese into cubes to the previous preparation and mix everything well, obtaining a homogeneous mixture.
We preheat the oven to 180º.
We pour the preparation into the mold that we had prepared and bake at 180º until the egg sets well.
