Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of Knorr® Switzerland Granulated chicken broth and 2 sprigs of finely chopped parsley on the breasts. Place them on a baking tray previously greased with a little oil at 180 ° C until they are cooked and lightly browned.
To bathe them with water or with the same juice of the breasts, two or three times during the cooking.
In 1 tablespoon of oil, fry the remaining parsley, the 2 cloves of finely chopped garlic and the drained corn (reserve the water) for 1 minute.
Add to this mixture half the water of the reserved corn, season with Knorr® Switzerland Chicken Broth granulated to taste and when it is boiled, remove it from the heat.
