A very simple recipe of a chicken with herbs, excellent preparation if you have a slow cooker. Serve it for a celebratory lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

5 portions
  • 1 whole chicken
  • salt
  • ground black peppers
  • McCormick® Minced Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 morita chile pepper, ground
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme
  • 3 tablespoons butter, ointment
  • 500 grams red potato

Preparation

• Prepare the herb butter.
• Remove chicken fat and tail. Wash the chicken in a bowl with salt water and vinegar. Drain and dry with paper towels.

TIPS
