Ingredients

6 portions
  • 6 Boneless Chicken Breasts
  • 1 bunch spinach
  • 100 grams butter
  • 2 cups Bechamel sauce
  • 2 cups parmesan cheese
  • oils, necessary amount
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste
  • flour, necessary amount

Preparation

Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper and pass through the flour.
Dora the chicken breasts in a hot pan with oil.
Wash the spinach and blanch them in salted water. Add pepper, butter and half the cheese.
Grease an oven refractory and place a bed of spinach, top with the chicken breasts and then bathe with the béchamel sauce and sprinkle the remaining cheese.
Bake at 200 ° C for 15 minutes or until cheese is grated.

PRESENTATION
