Preheat the oven to 180 °C. ( 356°F)
In a tray place the colored peppers, the onion, the cuaresmeño chile, the olive oil, the salt and the pepper and bake until they are roasted. Remove and cool.
On a tray with aluminum foil place a chicken milanesa, season with salt and pepper, spread the Hummus Libanius® and place the roasted vegetables. With hands make a roll and close. Repeat with the rest of milanesas.
Bake for 25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked.
For the sauce, in a deep pan add the oil and add the onion, garlic and peppers. Blend with the cream to beat and return to cooking with a little butter. Season with salt and pepper.
On a short board the sliced chicken, served on a plate with sauce and garnished with cilantro.
