  • 3 cups of Bell pepper in colors, cut in medium squares
  • 1/2 piece of onion in medium squares
  • 2 pieces of cuaresmeño or jalapeño pepper sliced
  • 3 spoonfuls of olive oil
  • enough of Salt
  • enough of black pepper
  • 600 grams of chicken Milanesa (breaded) big
  • 1/3 of Cup of Hummus Libanius®
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil for the sauce

  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil for the sauce
  • 1/8 of piece of onion in quarters, for the sauce
  • 1 clove of garlic for the sauce
  • 3/4 of Cup of Bell pepper canned, for sauce
  • 1 Cup of whipping cream for the sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of Butter for the sauce
  • enough of coriander leaves, to decorate

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 °C. ( 356°F)
    In a tray place the colored peppers, the onion, the cuaresmeño chile, the olive oil, the salt and the pepper and bake until they are roasted. Remove and cool.
    On a tray with aluminum foil place a chicken milanesa, season with salt and pepper, spread the Hummus Libanius® and place the roasted vegetables. With hands make a roll and close. Repeat with the rest of milanesas.
    Bake for 25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked.
    For the sauce, in a deep pan add the oil and add the onion, garlic and peppers. Blend with the cream to beat and return to cooking with a little butter. Season with salt and pepper.
    On a short board the sliced ​​chicken, served on a plate with sauce and garnished with cilantro.

    PRESENTATION

    Cut into slices, sauté and decorate with the coriander leaves.

    TIPS
