Macaroni with Chicken and Chiles

If you want a rich recipe of macaroni this is the ideal. It is perfect to send lunch to your children or when they invite their friends to eat at home. It is easy delicious and nutritious.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 2 cups manchego cheese
  • 2 cups parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups Gruyere cheese
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 kilo Tyson® Chicken Breasts (boneless and skinless)
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 guajillo chilies
  • 1 package elbow macaroni pasta

Preparation

Combine the cheeses in a pot and add the milk. Move until all the cheeses melt and season with the maggi juice.
Cook the macaroni in salt water. Once they are ready, add them to the cheese mixture.
Remove the veins of the chili, pass it on a comal and bring it to boil for 5 minutes. Chop finely and add it to the macaroni and cheese.
Cook the chicken in boiling water. Cut it into cubes and add it to the macaroni mixture.
Spread the mixture a refractory oven and sprinkle parmesan cheese and bread crumbs on top. Bake for 10 minutes at 170 ° C.

TIPS

Add more Parmesan cheese on top and put it in the oven for 5 minutes to serve it au gratin.
