Ingredients

2 portions
  • 1 chicken
  • paprikas
  • sea salt
  • black pepper
  • 1 head garlic
  • aromatic herbs, fresh (oregano, thyme, marjoram, bay leaf, etc.)
  • 1 lemon, sliced

Preparation

Wash the chicken under running water. Dry with a clean cloth.
