  • 4 boneless chicken breast
  • 10 fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • 50 grams mozzarella cheese, in cubes
  • 5 dried tomatoes, chopped
  • dehydrated tomato oil
  • 1/4 cups balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tomatoes, cut into cubes
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Cut an opening in one of the long sides of each chicken breast, being careful not to cut through the opposite side. Salpimenta.
Stir in the tomato, basil, cheese and a few drops of oil from the tomatoes. Fill each breast with the mixture.
Put the chicken on one side of a refractory with a little oil from the tomatoes; add the tomatoes on the other side of the refractory. Pour the balsamic vinegar over the breasts.
Bake the chicken for 30 min. or until it's cooked.
Serve the chicken with the tomatoes on top.
